Personal training is a great way both to be introduced to, and to deepen learning. In a private learning environment, the teacher is able to dedicate his full atention, during all the time, to correcting and guiding you. Private and small group Taijiquan (Tai Chi) lessons, up to three persons, are available.
Taijiquan (Tai Chi) group classes are held on a weekly basis. You can either learn through these classes only, or take them in addition to private lessons. This is the perfect way for a beginner to get acquainted with practice and fellow students, and to improve Taiji skills.
We organize both local and international Taijiquan (Tai Chi) seminars regularly, offering access to the very source of knowledge. Taijiquan (Tai Chi) was created by the Chen family from Chenjiagou (China), and Master Chen Yingjun is a 20th generation descendant of the family, in direct line from the creator of Taiji.
