Registration for this location is handled by Carleton U Athletics Dept. Please contact them directly to enrol.


  • You can choose to take any number of classes per week.
  • You can start straight away, no need to wait for a season to start.
  • No contracts. We want you to stay because you like it, not because of a contract.

Classes are online due to COVID

Due to the COVID-19 measures in place, we are teaching online only. Schedule and tuition remains the same.


Tea and Practice meetings

Tea and Practice meetings are temporarily suspended due to the COVID measures in place. We will resume when the social distancing advisory is lifted.
Please check the sign at the top of this page for the next date. Meetings are always from 5 to 7 pm, at the Tanglewood Hillsdale Community Association, at 30 Woodfield Drive, Nepean.
We usually meet on the fourth Friday of each month to practice 30 to 40 minutes, and then have some green tea and chat. This isn’t a class and there is no fee to attend, we just split the room rental. All my students and ex-students are invited, regardless of where and when we practiced together, and of knowledge. The goal is to get together and have a good time. Practice will be the first 15 postures of Laojia Yilu, up to the third Jing Gang Dao Dui. These postures are simple enough for anyone to follow.
I will bring green tea regularly, sometimes i’ll bake something too. You are welcome to bring whatever you’d like to share over tea time.
