Holidays

No classes on holidays.

In case of inclement weather, classes may be cancelled. This will be flagged by a red sign at the top of this page saying “class cancelled”. If you see a green sign saying “class confirmed”, classes are confirmed even in bad weather.
The sign is updated as early as possible in case of a cancellation, but please check it before you leave to class.

  • You can choose to take any number of classes per week.
  • You can start straight away, no need to wait for a season to start.
  • No contracts. We want you to stay because you like it, not because of a contract.

Please see our Taijiquan (Tai Chi) programs here, and fees here.

If you call and i don’t pick up the phone, i could be teaching, practicing or meditating. Please leave me a message or text me and I’ll call you back.

Tea and Practice meetings

All my students and ex-students are invited, regardless of where and when we practiced together, and of knowledge. The goal is to get together and have a good time. Practice will be the first 15 postures of Laojia Yilu, up to the third Jing Gang Dao Dui. These postures are simple enough for anyone to follow.
I will bring green tea regularly, sometimes i’ll bake something too. You are welcome to bring whatever you’d like to share over tea time.
