Online Tai Chi Classes

All regular Taijiquan (Tai Chi) classes have been moved online

Due to the COVID-19 measures in place, we are teaching Taijiquan (Tai Chi) online only. Schedule and tuition remains the same.

  • beginner: Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 to 7:30 pm
  • intermediate: Tuesday & Thursday 7:45 to 9:00 pm

Time zone is (GMT-4:00) Eastern Time (US and Canada).

  • Class structure will remain similar to usual, with a little more focus on how to do specific movements separately, to accommodate for restricted space you have at home.
  • If you take two online Taijiquan (Tai Chi) classes on the same day (starting 6:30 pm and stopping only at 9 pm), it will count as only one day.

Free Morning Meditation

We will be offering free morning meditation guidance, while social distancing measures are in place, to help our community cope with stress and isolation. Meditation will be done sitting on a chair.

Please join us. Meditating before your activities start can help you a great deal. The platform we use limits us to 100 people, first come, first serve basis. Feel free to spread the word.
